A 90 min experience to drift between your private infrared sauna and dip into the bathhouse as you wish - soak, sweat and reset in any order you choose.

Step into your private infrared sanctuary, complete with its own shower and changing space — crafted for deep heat, quiet retreat and uninterrupted stillness. You’ll have your own personal iPad with access to Spotify and Netflix, so you can choose the soundscape you wish. Relax and recover with curated soundscapes, guided meditations, podcasts, or a favourite show to ease you into complete unwinding.

Your overhead infrared LED light is fully adjustable using the button to the right of the light panel with a full guide in your sauna to understran which colour is best for your needs. Robes are also available for hire to elevate your comfort and help you settle effortlessly into your session.
