Our Bathhouse Only Membership gives you access to the bathhouse Monday–Thursday, with everything you need to unwind, reset and recharge.

Your membership includes access to:

• Traditional Finnish Sauna

• Steam Room

• 3 temperature-controlled magnesium pools

• 2 ice baths

Move between heat, cold and mineral-rich water at your own pace, creating a ritual that supports relaxation, recovery and overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re starting your day, unwinding after work or taking time to reset, the bathhouse is a space to slow down, connect and make time for yourself.

$396 per month

Monday–Thursday bathhouse access included.

Your Bathhouse Only Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months, comprising 12 weekly payments via direct debit at the applicable membership rate.

Following the initial three-month minimum term, your membership will automatically continue on an ongoing billing cycle until you provide notice of cancellation in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Dishonoured payments may incur a fee. Bank, administrative or recovery fees may also apply to overdue payments. We reserve the right to recover any outstanding amounts and, where necessary, refer unpaid debts to a third-party collection agency.

Your membership provides bathhouse access Monday to Thursday only and is subject to the operating hours, capacity and booking requirements of 38° The Bathhouse.

Your Bathhouse Only Membership provides access to the designated bathhouse facilities during your eligible membership days, Monday to Thursday.

Membership access includes use of:

Sauna

Steam Room

Three temperature-controlled magnesium pools

Two ice baths

Access to any additional services, including massages, facials, infrared treatments, events or other paid services, is not included unless expressly stated.

Members must comply with any booking, check-in, capacity or time-limit requirements introduced by 38° The Bathhouse. Access may be restricted or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, cleaning, private events, operational requirements or safety considerations.

You may cancel your membership after the initial three (3) month minimum term by providing 30 days' written notice to info@38thebathhouse.com.

If you wish to cancel during the initial three-month minimum term, the remaining balance of the minimum commitment must be paid in full prior to cancellation.

Cancellations cannot be processed while a membership is suspended or where there is an outstanding balance on the account.

Your membership account must be up to date before a suspension can be processed.

You may suspend your membership for a minimum of one (1) week and a maximum of eight (8) weeks per calendar year, provided you provide 14 days' written notice via email.

A suspension fee may apply. Unused suspension entitlement does not roll over into subsequent years.

Suspended time does not count toward completion of the initial three-month minimum membership term. Suspensions cannot be backdated and cannot commence during a cancellation notice period.

Memberships are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for unused membership time, missed visits or early termination.

Memberships are strictly non-transferable. Members must not allow another person to use their membership, account, booking or access credentials.

Any evidence of shared access, unauthorised use or misuse of membership access may result in the immediate termination of the membership without refund.

Members are expected to maintain a respectful, clean and considerate environment for all guests.

Members must:

Check in using their own membership/account upon each visit.

Follow all instructions provided by 38° The Bathhouse staff.

Shower before entering any pool, sauna, steam room or ice bath.

Wear appropriate swimwear in all communal bathing areas.

Use towels as directed and keep personal belongings in designated areas.

Respect other members and maintain appropriate noise levels.

Leave facilities clean and tidy after use.

Follow all posted hygiene, safety and facility guidelines.

Glass containers, food and other items deemed unsuitable for the bathhouse environment are not permitted in wet areas.

Photography or filming of other guests is strictly prohibited without their express consent.

The bathhouse includes exposure to high and low temperatures, including sauna, steam room, temperature-controlled magnesium pools and ice baths.

Members acknowledge that these facilities involve inherent risks associated with heat, cold, water immersion, changes in body temperature, slippery surfaces and physical exertion.

Members must use the facilities responsibly and within their own limits. You must immediately leave any facility and notify a staff member if you feel unwell, dizzy, faint, short of breath or otherwise uncomfortable.

Members must follow all posted time limits, temperature guidelines, safety instructions and staff directions.

38° The Bathhouse reserves the right to restrict or prohibit use of any facility where it considers this necessary for the safety of the member, other guests or staff.

Members must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests at all times.

The following are prohibited:

Aggressive, threatening or abusive behaviour.

Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward staff or guests.

Intoxication or entering the bathhouse under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Food or chewing gum in wet or treatment areas.

Unauthorised photography or filming.

Deliberate misuse or damage of bathhouse facilities.

Any behaviour that compromises the safety, privacy or comfort of other guests.

38° The Bathhouse reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate membership where a member breaches these requirements.

Membership is restricted to individuals aged 16 years and over.

Additional age restrictions may apply to particular facilities or services. 38° The Bathhouse reserves the right to request proof of age where required.

You acknowledge that use of sauna, steam rooms, hot and cold pools and ice baths can place physical demands on the body.

You are responsible for determining whether you are medically suitable to use the bathhouse facilities. If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, take medication or have any concerns regarding your ability to safely participate, you should seek appropriate medical advice before using the facilities.

You agree to immediately stop using the facilities and notify a staff member if you experience any concerning symptoms.

38° The Bathhouse reserves the right to restrict access to facilities where there is a reasonable concern regarding a member's safety.

38° The Bathhouse may temporarily close or restrict access to individual facilities for cleaning, maintenance, repairs, safety reasons, private events or other operational requirements.

Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided for planned closures. Temporary closure or unavailability of an individual facility does not entitle members to a refund or reduction in membership fees.

The bathhouse may be monitored by CCTV in designated areas for security and safety purposes. CCTV will not be used in private areas such as change rooms, bathrooms or treatment areas.

Members are responsible for their personal belongings while using the facility. 38° The Bathhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

Membership provides access to the bathhouse but does not guarantee immediate access to every facility at all times.

During periods of high occupancy, members may be required to wait for access to particular facilities to ensure appropriate capacity, safety and comfort for all guests.

38° The Bathhouse may introduce booking systems, time limits or other reasonable access measures as required.

By agreeing to this membership and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the 38° The Bathhouse Terms & Conditions, Risk Acknowledgement and Waiver and agree to be legally bound by them.

You acknowledge that the bathhouse involves exposure to heat, steam, cold water, ice baths, magnesium pools and wet surfaces, and that these activities carry inherent risks.

You voluntarily participate in these activities and accept responsibility for using the facilities within your own physical limits and in accordance with all safety instructions.

You consent to your card being retained securely on file for membership payments and any applicable fees.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for unused membership time or services.

38° The Bathhouse reserves the right to refuse, restrict or terminate access where a member breaches these Terms & Conditions or where necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing or experience of members, guests or staff.

By proceeding with your membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the 38° The Bathhouse Risk Acknowledgement and Waiver.
